College of Alberta School Superintendents

Providing administrative support for the Provincial Dual Credit Steering Committee, the College of Alberta School Superintendents (CASS) is appreciative of being considered a Foundation Building Partner in the Trades Exposure Centre project.

The catalyst for the development of NLSD’s Trades Exposure Program and Trades Exposure Centre was a $120,000 Provincial Dual Credit Strategy (PDCS) grant in 2013 approved by the Dual Credit Steering Committee and disbursed by CASS.

CASS is the voice of system educational leaders in Alberta, providing leadership, expertise, and advocacy to improve, promote, and champion student success. CASS has served as the liaison between the Steering Committee and the ministries supporting PDCS, including Alberta Education, Advanced Education, Labour (formerly Human Services) and Indigenous Relations.
